Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons or product launches, processing may take slightly longer—but we’ll always keep you informed.

🚚 Shipping Timeframes
•     UK Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
•     International Shipping: 7–15 business days depending on location and customs
•     You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

💌 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free UK shipping on orders over £75.

📍 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to reship or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses unless notified before dispatch.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
